"Der Mut kommt unterwegs" / "the courage appears on the way" is sealed beneath the surface...present, legible on close inspection, but requiring the right angle and the right light.

The colour moves from deep-blue to transparent towards the surface, giving the piece the quality of water seen from above. The circular format invites rotation: a turn reveals a different perspective, a different depth, a different way in. A work about what is carried underneath and what it takes to move forward.

The series NEXUS OF THOUGHTS combines different inspirational thoughts into a series of 7 images. The series was also displayed at ART KARLSRUHE.
